Meet Tim...

This week, we’re introducing Dr Tim White DC, Senior Practitioner at our Galway City clinic.

“I wanted to have a real impact in the community and knew I wasn’t built for sitting behind a desk all day. I wanted a career that kept me moving and working with people.”

What Tim loves about his work...

Tim is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life — whether that means moving better, feeling stronger, or getting back to things they’ve been avoiding because of pain.

He works with a wide range of patients, from back and neck pain to everyday aches, stiffness, and those who simply want to stay active.

More than just the spine...

One common misconception about chiropractic care is that it only focuses on the spine.

Tim also works with shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles, and other extremities — helping patients move more comfortably from head to toe.

Some Extra Facts...

Tim is a Doctor of Chiropractic with extensive postgraduate training in the Gonstead chiropractic system, including paediatrics and extremity care.

Before moving to Ireland, Tim spent two years as a final-year Master’s academic tutor at one of Australia’s leading chiropractic colleges, where he taught practical Gonstead chiropractic skills to graduating students.

He has also competed at under-20 county level rugby, giving him a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body through sport and everyday activity.

Tim brings this depth of clinical training and experience into his work at CHIROPRACTIX, combining a thorough, considered approach with a clear focus on long-term patient outcomes.

A bit about Tim outside the clinic...

Outside the clinic, Tim enjoys staying active with tag rugby, planning trips to places like Iceland and the Dolomites, and winding down at the end of a busy week.

Fun fact: Tim doesn’t actually have a sense of smell.
